PM Dung said this while receiving outgoing Romanian ambassador Dumitru Olaru in Hanoi on April 5. He said the Friendship Order presented to the ambassador acknowledged his contributions to boosting the traditional friendship between the two nations.

PM Dung said he hopes Olaru will make further contributions to fostering bilateral cooperation.

Ambassador Olaru proposed the two countries continue to better exploit their respective potential and advantages, particularly in increasing cooperation in economy, trade, oil and gas, science-technology, and education-training.
