At the anniversary ceremony, Party General Secretary Nong Duc Manh praised the achievements made by organizational offices of the Party committees at all levels and those who have been working in the Party organizational and building work.

He pointed to shortcomings that need addressing to meet the revolutionary cause’s requirements in the new circumstances, pertaining to theoretical research on Party organization and building and personnel affairs.

The Party leader asked the party committees at all levels, the CPV Central Committee’s Commission for Personnel, and the Party organizational boards of the party committees at all levels, to continue implementing simultaneously all contents of the sixth Party Central Committee’s resolution on enhancing the leadership and combat capacity of Party organizations, Party members and officials.

He requested these agencies to focus on perfecting organizational models and methods while strengthening and boosting the leadership and combat capacity of Party organizations, making a vivid change in quality of operations of Party cells and ensuring the Party’s leadership at the grassroots.
