Mr Manh’s visit is made at the invitation of Chilean President Michelle Bachelet Jeria, Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, and First Secretary of the Cuba Communist Party Central Committee and President of the Council of State and the Council of Ministers Fidel Castro.
