Party leader pushes for a boost in mass mobilization work
The Central Party Commission for Mass Mobilisation should renew activities and increase its operational efficiency to create public consensus so as to fulfill key targets set by the 11th National Party Congress, says Party leader Nguyen Phu Trong.
While chairing a meeting with the commission in Hanoi on October 3, Mr Trong praised the board and its grassroots-level branches for their efforts in concretizing and bringing to life the Party’s guidelines on mass mobilization.

He emphasized the close-knit relationship between the Party, the State and people as a decisive factor in achieving every victory of Vietnam’s revolutionary cause.
Mass mobilization should be strengthened in the new context, said Mr Trong, urging for the need to increase public awareness of the role and tasks of the work in the entire political system and society.
The Party leader asked grassroots-level mass mobilization organisations to institutionalise their apparatus, train well-qualified officials and better coordinate with ministries, the Fatherland Front and relevant agencies to make mass mobilization a success. He also called on them to promote the work and better carry out the democratic regulations at the grassroots level.
