The same day, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh sent greetings to Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin; National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man extended congratulations to Chairwoman of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko and Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin.
Also on this occasion, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son also sent a message of congratulations to Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
