Amid celebrations marking the Party, Spring and the country’s renewal, welcoming the success of the Party’s 14th National Congress and ahead of the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026, Party General Secretary To Lam visits and extends Lunar New Year greetings to officials, employees and technicians of the Voice of Vietnam (VOV) and Vietnam Television (VTV) on the morning of February 14, offering encouragement and support.

The Party leader notes that VOV needs to further step up the application of science and technology, particularly artificial intelligence and digital transformation, across the entire production process, from information gathering and processing to audience data analysis and content personalisation, stressing that technology must be treated as a tool to enhance service to the people while continuing to innovate to keep pace with modern media trends.

Emphasising that the country is entering a new period of development with increasingly demanding requirements for information and communication work, Party General Secretary To Lam calls for and expresses his expectation that VOV will continue to uphold its mission and mandate, improve the quality of radio programmes, and strive to ensure that every news bulletin and current affairs programme truly serves as a truthful, timely and humane voice, helping to strengthen public trust in the Party and the State while resolutely countering false and hostile viewpoints.
