National Day and Nghe Tinh - Soviet movement celebrated
Senior officials from Military Zone 4, and Nghe An, Binh Dinh, and Thanh Hoa provinces attended a celebration along with revolutionary veterans to mark National Day (September 2) and the 80th anniversary of the Nghe Tinh - Soviet movement (September 12).

Speaking at the ceremony, in the presence of the Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, Uong Chu Luu, the Ha Tinh Party Committee Secretary, Nguyen Thanh Binh, reminded the audience of the significance of the movement in the struggle against feudalism and colonialism.
To uphold the revolutionary tradition, the local authorities and people of Ha Tinh have made every effort to overcome difficulties and obtain great achievements to become an industrial and commercial centre in the north central region of the country, he said.
