Over the past year, the NA progress has made progress in its supervisory activities, helping to improve work schedules and simplify procedures.

However, there remain limitations in supervising the issuance of legal documents and dealing with complaints and denunciations.

NA deputies discussed the supervision of legal policies zoning plans, land management and land use under the Land Law in 2003, tax management and environmental protection at industrial parks, export processing zones and craft villages.

They also gave their opinions on implementing legal documents of the People’s Councils and People’s Committees, and the management and use of capital by the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN).
