Ngan highly valued the delegation’s working visit as a contribution to strengthening exchanges and cooperation between the two countries and the two legislative bodies. 

She thanked the Danish Parliament, Government and people for their valuable support to Vietnam’s struggle for national liberation, construction and development, especially in the fields of public administration, administrative reform, education and training, poverty reduction and environmental protection. 

Ngan suggested that both sides further exchange high-ranking delegations, promote mutual understanding and experience sharing in law making and enforcement and parliament-voter relationship building. 

Delegation head Eyvind Vesselbo highlighted Vietnam’s achievements in the cause of national construction and development, particularly in poverty reduction, adding that the two sides need to boost cooperation in trade, investment, education and training. 

He affirmed he will do his utmost to contribute to further consolidating the two countries’ friendship.
