The session focused on the law and ordinance making programme for 2013, adjustments to the law and ordinance making programme for 2012, and the 13^th legislature’s term.

The NA Standing Committee will present opinions on a project to renew and improve the quality and operational efficiency of the NA and approve a resolution on the legal policy for people credited with revolutionary service.

NA Standing Committee members discussed the allocation of VND5,500 billion worth of Government bonds to irrigation projects and projects increasing capital on the list of projects using Government bond-sourced capital in the 2012-2015 period.

They also debated a Government report on targets, tasks, implementation time, and resources of component projects belonging to the National Target Programme (NTP) for 2012-2015.
