They include draft Laws on Amnesty and Chemicals, a report on the implementation of the Ba Ria-Vung Tau Gas-Electricity-Nitrogenous Fertilizer Project, the enforcement of the Law on Corruption Prevention and Combat, and a plan on the construction of the National Assembly building.

According to the Government Office's official dispatch dated February 1, the Prime Minister has instructed the relevant Ministers to join in drafting an ordinance on signing and implementing international agreements, an ordinance on democratic practice in communes, wards and towns and another ordinance on high technology.
