At this session, Mr Hung said the NA Standing Committee will give opinions on the procedures and ways to cast a vote of confidence for those who are posted or approved by the NA and the People’s Councils.
The committee will consider a report on implementing legal policies on housing and production land for ethnic minority people and dealing with public complaints and denunciations against land-related administrative decisions.
Concerning the law-making process, the NA Standing Committee will also give opinions on 10 draft laws including important ones such as the Land Law (revised), the Anti-Corruption Law (revised), the Law on amendments and supplements to some articles of the Personal Income Tax Law.
The committee will discuss preparations for the 4th session of the 13th NA and contribute its opinions on Government reports on the enforcement of the Law on Thrift Practice and Wastefulness Prevention, anti-corruption activities, court ruling and crime prevention and control.
The 11th session will take place from September 12-26.
