At this session, Mr Hung said the NA Standing Committee will give opinions on the procedures and ways to cast a vote of confidence for those who are posted or approved by the NA and the People’s Councils.

The committee will consider a report on implementing legal policies on housing and production land for ethnic minority people and dealing with public complaints and denunciations against land-related administrative decisions.

Concerning the law-making process, the NA Standing Committee will also give opinions on 10 draft laws including important ones such as the Land Law (revised), the Anti-Corruption Law (revised), the Law on amendments and supplements to some articles of the Personal Income Tax Law.

The committee will discuss preparations for the 4^th session of the 13^th NA and contribute its opinions on Government reports on the enforcement of the Law on Thrift Practice and Wastefulness Prevention, anti-corruption activities, court ruling and crime prevention and control.

The 11^th session will take place from September 12-26.
