During the two-day session chaired by Party General Secretary and NA Chairman Nguyen Phu Trong, the NA Standing Committee will review the results of state budget collection for 2009 and consider a programme of law and ordinance building in 2012.

It will hear a government report on the implementation of the socio-economic development plan and state budget in the first six months of the year, and solutions to implement the plan in the remaining months of the year.

It will give opinions on the Supreme People’s Court’s report on the establishment of the Hanoi Academy of Army Procuracy and approve an ordinance on the management and use of weapons, explosives and support tools.
