Meeting with the local Party committee's members, authorities and people of Thanh Hoa, the NA Chairman praised the province's plans, which focus on the renewal of the political and administrative mechanism, personnel work and fighting corruption.
Chairman Trong reminded the province to make all necessary preparations for the coming 12^th National Assembly election, and to help people from ethnic minorities and poor families.

In Nam Dinh province, Chairman Trong expressed his wish that the northern province become a wealthy locality, not only on a par with, but also overtaking other localities.
