On the morning of the same day, NA Chairman Trong visited the Dong Phusi Irrigation Works and Hanoi-Vientiane Vocational School. These are two effective co-operation projects, demonstrating the close friendship between Vietnam and Laos.

The irrigation works provides water for thousands of hectares of cultivated land, helping improve the living standards of the Lao people. NA Chairman Trong said that he hopes the managing board of the irrigation works and local people will make full use of the project.
