Mr Trong praised Tay Ninh’s effort to properly implement Party congresses which, he said, are essential for the province to successfully organise Party congresses at other levels.

The successful organisation of Party congresses at all levels will make the 11^th National Party Congress a great success by promoting democracy in all localities across the country, he said.

The NA leader also agreed upon key tasks set by Tay Ninh in which the province will strive to become an industrialized province by 2020.

With a long borderline along the two international border gates, Tay Ninh should tap into its advantages to ensure national security and defense at the southwestern gateway and contribute to boosting socio-economic development and promoting friendship with Cambodia.
