The visit was made at the invitation of Lieutenant General Neo Kian Hong, Chief of the city state’s Defence Force.

During their stay in Singapore from 19-22, they will pay a courtesy visit to Prime Minister Lee Hsien-long and Deputy PM cum Defence Minister Teo Chee Hean. Both sides will discuss measures towards promoting the military and defence cooperation between the two armies and issues of mutual concern.
