In his speech, Nguyen Van Dua, Vice Secretary of the HCM City Party Committee, praised the late President’s great service to the nation. He emphasized that the city’s Party Committee and people are sparing no effort to build a strong political system and turn the city into a modern and civilised one.

At the meeting, 100 outstanding individuals were honoured for their active participation in the campaign “Study and follow Uncle Ho’s moral examples”.
