His working tour will start from the Netherlands on September 27. He will stay there for four days before leaving for Uzbekistan for a three-day visit, followed by another three-day visit in Ukraine. 

In another development, State President Truong Tan Sang and his wife will pay state-level visits to Singapore from September 26-28 and Malaysia from September 28-30, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.  

The visits will be made made at the invitation of Singaporean President Tony Tan Keng Yam and Malaysian King Tuanku Mizan Zainal Billah Shah.
