Leaders extend congratulations on Germany’s Unity Day
State President Truong Tan Sang and Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung on October 2 sent messages of congratulations to their German counterparts, Joachim Gauck and Angela Merkel on the country’s Unity Day (October 3).
The same day, Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also extended his congratulations to German FM Guido Westerwelle.
