State President Truong Tan Sang has sent a message of congratulation to Kim Yong Nam, President of the Presidium of the Supreme People’s Assembly, on the occasion of the 63rd National Day of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) (September 9).
On the occasion, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung cabled a congratulatory message to his DPRK counterpart Choe Yong Rim and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh congratulated his DPRK counterpart Pak Ui Chun.
