Leaders from Lac Son briefed Ms Ngan on the socio-economic situation in the district and the implementation of policies for ethnic minorities, the elderly and people who have rendered great service to the revolution.

Ms Ngan praised the district’s achievements in recent years, which have contributed to improving the living conditions for ethnic minority people.

She affirmed that the reception offers a good chance for people from Lac Son district to have their voice heard. She also said their petitions will be acknowledged in the process of creating policies for ethnic minorities and those living in mountainous regions.
