High-ranking Lao delegation visits Bac Ninh
(VOV) - A high-ranking delegation of the Laos People's Revolutionary Party (LPRP) paid a working visit to northern Bac Ninh province on January 12.
Bac Ninh authorities took the opportunity to share experiences in economic development and Party construction with the delegation.
Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Van Tuy briefed his guests on Bac Ninh’s recent achievements and its plan to become a dynamic industrial locality in Vietnam.
To secure reliable economic growth, Bac Ninh focuses on building the Party, stabilising the political system, and expanding the Party’s leadership role in local socio-economic development, Tuy noted.
LPRP Central Committee Secretary Cheuang Sombounkhan was impressed by Bac Ninh’s economic growth rate, highlighting its constant efforts to attract direct investment, and said
Laos can learn a lot from the province’s experiences.
The Lao delegation also made a fact-finding tour of some of industrial zones in the province on the same day.
