At a reception on April 23, the Chairman of the Municipal People’s Committee Le Hoang Quan highlighted the results of trade cooperation between the two cities, including the co-organization of a recent fair held in Phnom Penh that attracted more than 500,000 visitors.

He said HCMC has a plan to build a 500-bed hospital, named Cho Ray-Phnom Penh, and has sent doctors from Cho Ray and Tu Du hospitals to help train Cambodian doctors and medical workers under this project.
