The municipal People’s Committee and People’s Council Chairpersons, Le Hoang Quan and Pham Phuong Thao, made the commitment to representatives of diplomatic corps, foreign businesses and organisations and non-government organisations in the city at a party on August 31 marking Vietnam’s National Day (September 2).

Quan praised effective contributions by foreign and international businesses and organisations to the city’s development in recent years and expressed his hope that the city would continue to receive their support and active cooperation.
