Speaking at a get-together with Christian clerics on December 19, she highly appreciated Christian clerics and believers' practical contributions to the city's development, especially in retaining its economic growth rates as the highest in the nation for many years.

For his part, Father Huynh Cong Minh, General Representative of the HCM City Diocese, expressed thanks to the municipal Fatherland Front for organising the meeting. He described the efforts as the city's thoughtfulness to the religious practice and spiritual life of followers.

He also recognised efforts made by the city's Fatherland Front and administration to create favourable conditions for Catholics and religious followers as a whole.
