The officials will review and speed up the implementation of commitments made at the first Japan-Mekong Summit in November 2009. They will also discuss measures to increase the efficiency of cooperation between Mekong River countries (Vietnam, Laos, Thailand, Cambodia and Myanmar) and Japan.
