At the third plenary session of the 15th Hanoi Party branch’s Executive Board, Secretary Pham Quang Nghi stressed the significance of the tasks, saying they are not only for 2011 but also for the 2011-2015 period.

The tasks include boosting personnel training, especially training officials abroad for management positions and improving leadership capacity among Party members, he said on Jan. 6.

During the two-day meeting, participants will also review achievements and shortcomings in 2010 and discuss measures for successful implementation of 2011 tasks, which will help local authorities and mass organizations create their plans for implementation of the city’s 15th Party Congress Resolution and its socio-economic development plan for the 2011-2015 period.
