According to the steering committee of border landmark planting in Ha Tinh province, both provinces are hurrying to finish before August 10 so they can prepare all the necessary conditions to inaugurate landmark 476.

Ha Tinh will also work with Kham Muon province in Laos to erect more border markers between the two provinces.
