General Dung hailed the visit by General Liu, who is leading a delegation of China’s Guangzhou Military Region coastguards, and the results of the working sessions between the delegation and Border Guard High Command of the Vietnam People’s Army. 

The two sides affirmed that the enhancement of exchanges and cooperation between Vietnam’s border guards and China’s coastguards not only help intensify mutual understanding and boosting friendship and cooperation between the two border guards and armed forces, but also consolidate and develop the traditional friendship and cooperation between the two Parties and peoples.
