Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Quoc Cuong presented the distinction to the outgoing diplomat in Hanoi on January 15.

During his working term, the ambassador has played an important role in strengthening political, economic and cultural ties between Vietnam and Greece. He has carried out activities to support Vietnamese victims of Agent Orange/dioxin.  

Ambassador Hadjimichalis said he will continue to contribute to fostering the friendship between the two nations in his future career.
