At the event, Dr. Dao Thi Xuan Lan, Judge and Tribunal President of the Administrative Court of the Supreme People’s Court, presented the new contents of CAP 2010.

Dr. Nguyen Van Hien, Deputy Chief of the Central Steering Committee on Judicial Reform, introduced foreign countries’ experiences in dealing with the Supreme Court’s decisions and made comments on Vietnam’s mechanisms.

The delegates also heard presentations delivered by Nicholas Booth, UNDP Vietnam Policy Advisor for Rule of law and Access to Justice, and Dang Thanh Son, Director of the National Centre for Judicial Records.
