An European Union (EU) delegation led by ambassador Fanz Jessen has visited Dak Lak province to learn about the local people’s living conditions.
At a working session on September 19, leaders of the Dak Lak provincial People’s Committee briefed the guests on the current socio-economic growth and affirmed that the lives of ethnic minority people have become ever more stable.
They said the focus on priority is on disadvantaged areas in mountainous areas inhabited by ethnic minority groups.
The delegation was pleased to gain a better understanding of the real situation, particularly accurate information on religious freedom practice in the locality.
