Mr Hwan made the statement at a meeting with Lieutenant General Nguyen Chi Vinh, Vietnam’s Deputy Minister of National Defense in Hanoi on April 25.

On behalf of the Vietnamese Ministry of Defense, General Vinh welcomed Mr Park Suk Hwan and his entourage to attend the first vice foreign ministerial level Vietnam-RoK Strategic Dialogue Conference in Hanoi on diplomacy, security and national defense.

Mr Hwan thanked General Vinh for receiving the delegation and highlighted the Vietnamese Government’s support over the years, expressing wish that Vietnam’s Ministry of Defense and relevant agencies will continue to promote the cooperative relationship between Vietnam and the RoK in the future.
