Speaking at the function, DPRK Ambassador to Vietnam Kim Chang-Il recalled the DPRK army and people’s heroic struggle for national independence and their national development over the past 63 years. 

He said that the DPRK people are doing their utmost to build a wealthy and powerful country. 

As a guest at the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Thanh Bien said he is pleased with important achievements the DPRK people have made during the past six decades. 

He expressed his belief that under the leadership of the Workers’ Party of DPRK headed by General Secretary Kim Jong-Il, the DPRK people will overcome all immediate difficulties to gain new achievements in the future.
