Addressing the ceremony, the DPRK’s Ambassador to Vietnam Kim Chang-il and the Chief Judge from Vietnam’s People’s Supreme Court Truong Hoa Binh both stated that they are delighted at the relationship between the two countries, adding that this will also help to develop ties in the future. 

Truong Hoa Binh said Vietnam always keeps a close eye on the DPRK’s development and hopes that the country will continue to make ever greater achievement in the future.
