PM Pham Minh Chinh ends European tour

VOV.VN - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh returned to Hanoi on December 16 afternoon, concluding his European tour of Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Belgium.

While staying in Europe, Chinh attended a summit in Brussels on December 14 marking 45 years of the dialogue partnership between the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and the European Union.

In addition to talks and meetings with most of the leaders of the three EU countries, he had 14 meetings with EU leaders, and leaders of several ASEAN and EU member states.

Chinh attended and delivered keynote speeches at investment-business forums, and received CEOs of leading European businesses.

He spent time meeting and talking to Vietnamese expatriates in those countries where he visited.

The PM’s European tour is considered a practical and effective activity aimed at materializing the Party’s foreign policy and work related to overseas Vietnamese.
