Cambodian King sends sympathy over severe flooding in Vietnam
VOV.VN - King of Cambodia Norodom Sihamoni has sent a letter of sympathy to President Luong Cuong of Vietnam, upon learning about the severe flooding that recently occurred in Vietnam.

In his message, King Norodom Sihamoni expressed his deep sympathy for the losses suffered by the Vietnamese people due to the recent storms and floods.
On behalf of the Cambodian people and in his own name, the King extended his deepest condolences, solidarity, and support to those seriously affected by the disaster.
He expressed hope that the injured would recover quickly and that the lives of those impacted would soon return to normal.
As of October 10, severe flooding has resulted in 18 people dead or missing across Northern provinces. Among these, six deaths were confirmed in Thai Nguyen province, another six in Bac Ninh province, two in Thanh Hoa province, and one in Cao Bang province.
