The Central Highland province of Dak Nong should devise incentive policies to attract more domestic and foreign investors to the province and better implement policies to improve the living standards of ethnic minority people.

Deputy Prime Minister Truong Vinh Trong made the request at a meeting with provincial leaders on September 4.

Mr Trong recognised the provincial leaders’ efforts to improve the living standard of local people. He urged Dak Nong to make full use of its natural resources, including minerals and land, and pay more attention to infrastructure development, especially rural transport system.

On the same day, Mr Trong visited the Nhan Co bauxite industrial zone in Dak R’Lap district and the DakR’ tih hydroelectric power project in Gia Nghia town.
