The meeting took place after the second session of the 13th National Assembly. Voters insisted that the State allocate more land for building houses for soldiers and storing modern weapons and military equipment.
They also proposed improving the quality of military recruitment, generating jobs for those who have accomplished their military service terms and devising solutions to overcome the consequences of environmental pollution in rural areas.
The Deputy PM informed the voters of the Party and State’s guidelines on protecting national sovereignty and interests. He also talked about a national housing programme submitted to the government by the Ministry of Construction, a vocational training programme for rural workers and solutions to associate vocational training with job generation, especially for those who have fulfilled their military service terms.
