General Thanh applauded the Cambodian delegation’s visit, saying it offered a chance for the Government Cipher Committee under the Vietnamese Defence Ministry and the National Police General Department of the Cambodian Ministry of Interior to review cooperative results in 2011 and discuss plans for 2012. 

He expressed his wish that the friendship and cooperation between the two sides will continue flourishing in the future, contributing to the common development of the two countries’ relations.
