Speaking at the reception, Minister Thanh spoke highly of the fine relationship in all fields between Vietnam and the Republic of Belarus, highlighting potential for defence industry cooperation between the two countries.

He affirmed that the Vietnamese Ministry of Defence will send representatives from relevant agencies to Belarus for research, aiming to create cooperative plans for the training of military and air defence technicians.
