Danish Crown Prince Frederik left Ho Chi Minh City on the evening of December 1, ending his official visit to Vietnam at the invitation of State Vice President Nguyen Thi Doan.

Before his departure, the Crown Prince met with the People’s Committee Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City, Le Hoang Quan, who considered the Crown Prince’s visit as a show of the Danish Royalty and people’s warm sentiments and strong belief in the development of the traditional friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and Denmark.

The Crown Prince said he was very impressed by Ho Chi Minh City’s cultural and artistic activities on the 40th anniversary of the two countries’ diplomatic ties.

The same day, the Crown Prince attended the inauguration of Cai Mep port in the southern province of Ba Ria – Vung Tau and a representative office of Danish business.
