State President Truong Tan Sang sent congratulatory messages to Cypriot President Dimitris Christofias for Cyprus National Day (October 1), on September 30.
Mr. Sang also conveyed his congratulations to Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan on the country’s 51st National Day.
On the occasion, Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh extended his greetings of congratulation to his Cypriot and Nigerian counterparts, Erato Kozakou –Marcoullis and Olugbenga Ashiru.
