Congratulations to Azerbaijan on National Day

President Tran Dai Quang on May 27 extended his congratulations to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on the 99th anniversary of National Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan (May 28).
Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc also sent a message of congratulations to his Azerbaijani counterpart Artur Rasizade on the occasion.

The same day, Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh cabled a congratulatory message to Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov.
