Congratulations extended to new Japanese leaders
Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung on December 26 conveyed his congratulations to the newly-elected Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.
The same day, National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung extended his message of congratulations to Bunmei Ibuki, who was elected as new Speaker of the Japan’s House of Representatives.
Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also sent a congratulatory message to Fumio Kishida on his appointment as new Foreign Minister of Japan.
