State President Truong Tan Sang on July 27 sent a message of condolences to Moroccan King Mohammed VI over an air accident which occurred one day earlier.
A Moroccan C-130 military transport plane crashed into a mountain in bad weather, killing all 80 passengers and crew aboard.
