Condolences to Kazakh plane crash victims
(VOV) - President Truong Tan Sang on December 27 sent his sympathies to his Kazakh counterpart, Nursultan Nazarbayev, over the loss of 27 border service officers and guards of Kazakhstan's Committee for National Security in a tragic plane crash.
The accident occurred near the city of Shymkent in Kazakhstan on December 25.
