Condolences sent to the Philippines
(VOV)-President Truong Tan Sang and Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung on December 6 extended condolences to Benigno S. Aquino III, President of the Philippines over the heavy casualties and property loss caused by typhoon Bopha.
The same day, Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also sent a message of sympathy to his Philippine counterpart Albert F. Del Rosario.
