The collection includes the opening and closing speeches of the event, the Report of the 10th Party Central Committee on the documents of the 11th National Party Congress, and the Platform for national construction during the transitional period towards socialism (supplemented and developed in 2011).

Socio-economic Development Strategy for the 2011-20 period, the 10th Party Central Committee’s political report, and the Congress Presidium’s report opinions gathered from delegates on the 11th Party Congress’s draft documents and the 11th National Party Congress’s Resolutions are included in the collection.

Also at the conference, the Party Central Committee’s Popularisation and Education Commission launched a project to provide books to wards, communes and townships of all 63 cities and provinces in the countries.
